[COUNTDOWN] Jennifer's the NEW Betty Crocker as She Reveal's she's Working on a Cookbook

article by: Maria Yagoda

PEOPLE magazine
Friends season 6 episode "The One Where Ross Got High"
"I think we all remember the episode of 'Friends' "The One Where Ross Got High" which was that season's Thanksgiving episode. It was the one where Rachel is in charge of making desert, but the recipe book pages were glued together, so she ended up making half of an English trifle and half of a shepherd's pie that Ross said tasted like, "Feet!", whereas Joey had no problem with it saying, "What's not to like? Custard? Good! Jam? Good! Meat? GOOD!". Let's just hope Jennifer is a better chef than her character on 'Friends'. The 'She's Funny That Way' film star reveals that she's working on a cookbook saying, "I could just make anything for a diet taste delicious." Okay Jennifer, you officially have our full, undivided attention. Is there anything she can't do? She's a successful actress; whose conquered television and film, a business woman; whose come out with two fragrances (Jennifer Aniston, and J), co-founded a hair product (LivingProof), is a spokes person and face of two products; (Aveeno skin moisturizing lotion, and SmartWater), has her own film production company Echo Films, and is engaged to HBO's hottest star actor/screenwriter Justin Theroux of 'The Leftovers'.

In a new interview with Yahoo Beauty Editor-in-Chief, Bobbi Brown, Aniston opened up about beauty, self-esteem, plastic surgery, and - drum roll please - the cookbook she's currently writing. "I would like to do a lifestyle thing, for people who struggle with dieting. I could just make anything for a diet taste delicious," she told Brown, revealing she's just begun working on a cookbook. "I'm a good alchemist - I can mix certain things together that are all very healthy, but you don't feel like you're depriving yourself in a any way." Aniston also talked about her fiance, Justin Theroux, and more importantly, his "healthy", delicious margarita. That's right. Healthy and delicious. "Justin actually makes the perfect margarita with [Don Julio 1942], because there's no agave, no sugar mix," she said. "It's pure tequila, lime juice, a squinch of Cointreau. It's delicious. As for Aniston's food philosophy, "I try to eat lots of natural foods and avoid the 'crap'. Our generation knows what we should put in our bodies, and that we shouldn't be trashcans putting all sorts of crap in there," she said adding, "we know all the benefits of eating organic fruits and clean foods."

[NEWS] The One with the Movie Star and the TV Actor

I think we all recall when Jennifer starred on a popular television series called 'Friends'. Also, if memory serves us right (and we're pretty sure it does) we also remember when she was married to none other than the Hollywood hunk actor Brad Pitt. Why are we bring all of this up? 'How is this relevant?' you might ask...well, we have a pretty good reason. Now the tables have turned! While Jennifer was with Brad she was the television star and he was the movie buff. Now that she's with HBO's 'The Leftovers' star Justin Theroux, she's the film buff and he's the television star. Funny how that worked out!
