[NEWS] Will Jennifer & Justin Ever Have Kids?

Since they've been together the world has been waiting for the long overdue baby-announcement that Jennifer Aniston IS pregnant with Justin Theroux's baby. But for now the answer is "No". She's not. Not now, but we've calculated when she might be. Does anyone recall Jennifer's character's Rachel's plan on 'Friends'? In the episode "The One Where They All Turn Thirty", Rachel devises a plan specifically stating what she'd like to do, and when she'd like to do it. Now it's not a given nor is it scientific or fact, but it's something. For those who don't remember it went a little something like this: Rachel starts by saying, "Okay! Y'know what? I realized it was stupid to get upset about not having a husband and kids. All I really needed was a plan. See I wanna have three kids..." Rachel is interrupted by Phoebe played by actress Lisa Kudrow, who says, "Oh let me guess, and you wanna have them all at the same time and you wanna have them for your brother." Rachel continues adding, "As I was saying...I should probably have the first of the three kids by the time I'm 35-years old which give me five years."

Friends season 7 episode "The One Where They All Turn Thirty"
Ross, played by actor David Schwimmer, chimes in, "Oh!" thinking it's a good idea. Rachel continues. "I love this plan. I wanna marry this plan!" At this point she's ecstatic thinking she has a full-proof plan. However, she quickly thinks otherwise as she continues explaining herself. Phoebe says if Rachel could do that, then she'd marry the hippity-hop. Rachel says, "So, if I wanna have my kid when I'm 35-years old, I don't have to get pregnant until I'm 34-years old. Which gives Prada four years to make maternity clothes! Oh, wait, but I do want to be married for a year before I get pregnant... At this point Rachel has begun rethinking her plan.

Monica, played by actress Courteney Cox, gives her opinion stating, "Really! That long!" Chandler, played by actor/comedian Matthew Perry, slowly turns and looks at her. Monica just replies to Chandler's look, "Look all you want, it's happening!" Rachel continues concluding no, she doesn't have to get married until she's 33-years old, that's three whole years. She then comes to the realization that she'll need a year and a half to plan the wedding, and she'd like to know the guy for a year, year and a half before they get married. Rachel comes to the conclusion that means she needs to meet the guy by the time she's 30-years old. Ross tries to assure Rachel that it's fine because she just turned 28-years old after he removes two candles from her birthday cake, but he isn't fooling anyone. Rachel says, "No! Ross, no! It is not fine! According to my plan I should already by with the guy I wanna marry!" End of Rachel's theory. So in conclusion: Jennifer wants to meet and know a guy for 1-year to a year and a half before they get engaged (she met her current husband screenwriter/actor Justin Theroux in 2007, but the pair didn't hook-up until 2011). Jennifer and Justin were engaged August 10, 2012 for three years from 2012 to 2015, and Jennifer's character Rachel said she'd like to take at least 1-year or a year and a half to plan the wedding. Jennifer and Justin wed August 5, 2015 so by our calculations if Jennifer is going to have kids she'll get pregnant around August of 2016 around 1-year since she's been married. We're speculating instead of having 3 kids (like her character Rachel mentioned) Jennifer will settle on being content with having 1 kid (due to her age - the actress turned 47-years old February 11, 2016). As we said before it's neither scientific nor fact, but it is a possibility.

[NEWS] Jennifer's Co-Star Alden Ehrenreich & Director Alexandre Moors Talk About 'The Yellow Birds'

Actor Alden Ehrenreich as John Bartle on set of 'The Yellow Birds'
article by: Anthony Breznican

ENTERTAINMENT WEEKLY.com
"We'll get to see Jennifer star along side actor Alden Ehrenreich in a much grittier, more realistic battle as the star of the independent war drama 'The Yellow Birds'. Here's a first look of the 26-year old as Private John Bartle, a soldier deployed to Iraq who is trying to fulfill two duties - one to his country, and the other to the mother (Aniston's character) of a younger fellow fighter Daniel Murphy (played by actor Tye Sheridan) he vowed to protect.

The film is based on the 2012 novel by author and real-life Iraq War veteran Kevin Powers, and it's being directed by Alexandre Moors, best known for 2013's sniper drama 'Blue Caprice'. 'The Yellow Birds' - which also stars actor Jack Huston as Sergeant Sterling, actress Jennifer Aniston as Maureen Murphy, actress Toni Collette as Amy Bartle, and actor Jason Patric as Captain Anderson - is just being finished now, and production company Cinelou Films does not yet have a release date. Moors said, "Ehrenreich ended up in 'The Yellow Birds' by a lucky cascade of events. We had a previous actor attached, Will Poulter, who has worked with Aniston, who took to do another movie over the summer, and I found myself in a situation where we needed to cast a lead," Moors said. "Looking at all the young talent in Hollywood, I must say I was very early set on Alden. He's a stop above the bunch."

Director Alexandre Moors with Jennifer on set of 'The Yellow Birds'
Moors was impressed that Ehrenreich has already worked with a number of formidable directors in his short career: Francis Ford Coppola on drama film 'Tetro' in 2009 as Bennie Tetrocini and experimental/horror-thriller film 'Twixt' in 2011 as Flamingo, Woody Allen on drama film 'Blue Jasmine' in 2013 as Danny Francis, and most recently with Joel and Ethan Cohen on comedy film 'Hail, Caesar!' in 2016 as Hobie Doyle. "He was someone who had the maturity to take on a role like [Bartle], which goes to very dark places at times and needs somebody who has a gravitas and a certain ability to understand they layers in the script," said director Alexander Moors. "To me, when I cast, the first thing you think of is, 'I am going to be studying that actors face for two hours,' " Moors added. "You need somebody whose face is an emotional landscape that has layers and depth to it. Sometimes it's difficult when you're a young age to have that quality. It's not just about being pretty. I read somewhere and its true - something about Alden that calls for me actors of a past era." Ehrenreich said, "I have been compared to everyone from Cary Grant, to Jack Nicholson, to Leonardo DiCaprio, and - now, of course - Harrison Ford." Exactly! Moors says. "He's [Ehrenreich] very masculine and virile, but his comical talents are amazing. He's very light, very quick, and very sharp. It's an amazing contrast. It's a question of range, he has an amazing range." In 'The Yellow Birds', Bartle, Alden's character, makes a vow to the mother (Aniston's character) of another soldier (Sheridan) that he will look after her son on the battlefield, but that becomes increasingly difficult under the intense command of their sergeant (Huston).

Filming was split between Georgia and Morocco, with a one month hiatus in between. Alden said, "Instead of going back to Los Angeles, California, I rented a cabin somewhere in California just so I could go fish and be by myself and not lose my focus on the character during the one month time." Director Alexander Moors adds, "That should tell you what kind of actor he is. I don't think a lot of people would do that."

[NEWS] Follow-Up on Jennifer After Her Mother's Untimely Death

Jennifer was spotted out for a stroll on the streets of New York City, New York appearing somber accompanied by her husband Justin, and the tragic news that followed may explain why. Just a few days ago the actress announced the death of her mother, Nancy Dow. The pair looked solemn as they walked through the city, with Aniston often clutching Theroux's arm.

Jennifer broke the tragic news exclusively to PEOPLE magazine on Wednesday, announcing that her 79-year old mother "passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends after enduring a long illness." Dow reportedly suffered a severe stroke in 2011, followed by a second stroke a year later in 2012. "My mother fought a very long battle, with many ups and downs, and I am grateful for the happy times we shared," said Jennifer, "I'm pulling close to my husband and family and feel so supported by their love."

[NEWS] Jennifer Announces the Death of Her Estranged Mother Nancy Dow

Nancy Maryanne Dow died May 25, 2016 survived by her son assistant director John Melick, daughter actress Jennifer Aniston, daughter-in-law Shannon Melick, son-in-law screenwriter/actor Justin Theroux, and granddaughter Eilish Melick. Her daughter Jennifer made the announcement through PEOPLE magazine stating, "It is with great sadness that my brother John, and I announce the passing of our mother, Nancy Dow. She was 79-years old and passed peacefully surrounded by family and friends after enduring a long illness," said the actress in a statement adding, "We ask that our family's privacy be respected as we grieve our loss." Dow suffered from a stroke back in 2011 followed by a second stroke a year later in 2012, according to multiple reports. In October of 2011 Nancy suffered from a severe stroke, and was admitted to a hospital in Los Angeles, California. Upon being discharged she was spotted being aided by a hospice nurse and using a cane for support. Not only was she reported having difficulty with her speech as a result of the stroke, but Nancy was also having problems with her mobility. That week when she was asked how she was feeling she was barely audible as she responded, "I'm okay," unable to say any more. September of 2011 Jennifer rushed to her ailing mother's bedside accompanied by her then-boyfriend now-husband screenwriter/actor Justin Theroux to the hospital. A source said, "Nancy gets tired very easily and her speech is still impaired. She has people looking after her round the clock, but at her age its a slow road to recovery. December of 2012 Nancy is hospitalized again upon suffering from a second stroke in 15-months. It was reported that between strokes Nancy suffered from a number of injuries since. In fact, she broke her hip as well as bruised her shoulder after a recent spill that year, according to an insider.

The effects from her first stroke limited her physical movements so severely that she now requires 24-hour care. Fortunately her health scare is much less serious than her previous one in 2011. "Luckily, this one was minor," said Jennifer, "She went to the hospital, but she's already back home. But she's having trouble talking and is still just shuffling around." Dow's health remained precarious. A source said, "It could get worse, and the family fears it may not be long until a bigger stroke comes along." Despite her estrangement from her mother, Jennifer has not forgotten about her mother in her time of need. "I'm paying her medical bills," said the actress, "so I'm involved to an extent in my mom's life and well-being, and we're getting friendlier than years ago." Nancy, a mother of two was married to band leader John "Jack" T. Melick from 1956-1961, and later married soap opera star John Aniston from 1965-1980, and divorced when Jennifer was 9-years old. Nancy was born July 22, 1936 in New York City, New York to parents, father Gordon McLean Dow, and mother Louise Grieco. She was the fourth of six children with five sisters Joan Dow (who passed away from cancer in 2014), Jean Dow, Linda Dow, Martha Dow and Sally Dow. Nancy and her daughter Jennifer were estranged for nine years after Dow did a tell-all interview on 'Hardcopy' revealing details about Jennifer's upbringing, and her fame on '90s television sitcom 'Friends'. Her relationship with her daughter became even more strained after Nancy wrote a memoir revealing more private details, entitled 'From Mother and Daughter to Friends' in 1999. However, in 2005 after her daughter's highly publicized divorce from film actor Brad Pitt, she and her mother reportedly reconciled. Jennifer described the gradual process of her new relationship with her mother, "It's been really nice. It's crazy what, you know, your life kind of being turned upside down will lead you to. For us [Jennifer & Nancy] - it was the time and it was going to happen when it was supposed to happen. So this is good. It's baby steps." In an earlier interview with The Hollywood Reporter magazine, back in January of 2015, Jennifer described her mother as being, "gorgeous, stunning" though she was also "very critical". Aniston admitted that they did not always enjoy the easiest relationship. But more recently, she added, "We're all fine."

[NEWS] Jennifer's Husband Will Be Out of Job Soon, But She Says "I'm SO Proud of Him!"

No he's not leaving Hollywood, California nor is Justin having trouble finding work. His stint on HBO's drama/fantasy series 'The Leftovers' is just coming to an end. Back in December 10, 2015 the Home Box Office network made an announcement that they renewed the series for a third season, but it will be the final season of the show.

(2014-2014) The Leftovers season 1
(2015-2015) The Leftovers season 2

On average an HBO series usually run for five-seasons, so why pull the plug on this series? We're speculating between it's decrease in viewership, and lack of effort in winning accolades have something to do with it. In the series first season they averaged 1.6-million viewers, but when they returned for a second season they only averaged 0.6-million viewers a dramatic decrease ultimately losing 1-million viewers between seasons. The series first season critic consensus states: "Its dour tone and self-seriousness may make for somber viewing, but 'The Leftovers' (season 1) is an artfully crafted, thought-provoking drama that aims high and often hits its mark." In comparison to the series second season critic consensus that states: " 'The Leftovers' continues to be unpredictable and provocative in season two with its new location, though the inexplicable circumstances will still frustrate many viewers."

Cast of 'The Leftovers' season 1 with creator Damon Lindelof & author Tom Perrotta
Sure 'The Leftovers' has gained recognition for it's acting and writing from the Critics Choice Television awards, Writers Guild awards, and Satellite awards, but has failed to win. With the exception of the series first season being awarded 'Most Exciting New Series' during the 4th Annual Critics Choice Television awards, and actress Carrie Coon being awarded for Best Actress in a Drama Series for her performance as Nora Durst during the second season. We also suspect that aside from a drop in ratings and awards the writing has something to do with it as well. The first season stayed true to the novel written by author Tom Perrotta, which the series is based off of, but the second season derived after they ran out of material from the book. Thus making the second season it's own thing.

Jennifer & Justin at the Critics Choice Television awards
Justin has received recognition for his role as chief of police Kevin Garvey, a role which has earned him a Critics Choice Television award for Best Lead Actor in a Drama Series during the series second season. However, Theroux lost his nomination to actor Rami Malek as Elliot Alderson in USA's drama/thriller series 'Mr. Robot'. No worries. Jennifer stands by man because his film career is still flourishing as both a screenwriter and an actor. Earlier this year in February, Justin co-wrote the script for comedy film 'Zoolander 2', the much anticipated sequel to 'Zoolander' released in 2001. Theroux's also set to star opposite actress Emily Blunt in 'The Girl On the Train' based on the novel by author Paula Hawkins. Aniston says of her husband, "As the say in the business," she says, "He's [Justin's] on fire. I'm SO proud of him!"

[NEWS] Battle in the Box Office 'Mother's Day' vs. 'Zoolander 2'

Both Jennifer and her husband Justin had films released in theaters this year. She lead the all-star cast in Gary Marshall's holiday film 'Mother's Day', and he served as screenwriter and reprized his cameo appearance as the evil disc jokey in comedy sequel 'Zoolander 2'.

(2016) Mother's Day
(2016) Zoolander 2

'Zoolander 2' was one of the most anticipated films in box office grossing $13,841,146 in its opening weekend. Meanwhile, 'Mother's Day' grossed a mere $8,369,184 its opening weekend in comparison. However, neither film received 'favorable' reviews from critics. A critic consensus for 'Mother's Day' states: "Arguably well-intended yet thoroughly misguided, 'Mother's Day' is the cinematic equivalent of a last-minute gift that only underscores its embarrassing lack of effort." A critic consensus for 'Zoolander 2' states: 'Zoolander 2' has more celebrity cameos than laughs - and its meager handful of memorable gags outnumbers the few worthwhile ideas discernible in its scattershot rehash of a script."

Justin as the evil disc jokey on set of 'Zoolander 2'
Jennifer was able to accompany Justin to his red carpet world premiere for his film, but when it came her time for her world premiere at the TCL Chinese IMAX theater in Hollywood, California the actress appeared solo on the red carpet. 'Zoolander 2' is available on Bluray + DVD as well as Digital Download on May 24, 2016.

[NEWS] Is Jennifer's "Career In Crisis" After "Mother's Day" Bombs in Box Office?

article by: Shari Weiss

GOSSIP COP.com
"Real or Rumor is Jennifer Aniston's movie career in crisis after her latest flick 'Mother's Day' bombed at the box office? (Opening weekend 'Mother's Day' only racked in $2-million) RUMOR! Despite a report by RadarOnline who claimed the following:

(2015) 'Cake'
(2015) Jennifer - Best Lead Actress in a Drama

"Jennifer Aniston was a the peak of her career in indie/drama film 'Cake' earning her performance a Golden Globe nomination, but the actresses career has taken a nosedive, as her latest film has NOT been well received by critic.!"

(2016) 'Mother's Day'
The site points to the low ratings 'Mother's Day' has received on Rotten Tomatoes, and quotes some of the poor reviews that have been published. But how is Aniston's career in "crisis"? Does the failure of one ensemble film mean Jennifer won't get cast in future movies? No. Are the star's other projects now put on hold? Nope. Is her legacy ruined? Of course not.

There is NO "nosedive" because one movie, which was filed with other A-listers, isn't succeeding. If that was the case, surely the careers of 'Mother's Day' co-stars Julia Roberts, Kate Hudson and Jason Sudeikis would be in "crisis", too. But RadarOnline doesn't have a story about any of them.

Julia Roberts
Kate Hudson
The web bloid just wanted to make Aniston look bad, but provided no context for how this particular movie fits into her overarching filmography. And there's NO actual evidence given whatsoever to prove Jennifer's career is in "crisis". The outlet ends its piece by asking readers if they think the actresses career "can be revived". But it's RadarOnline that could use redemption."

We've seen actors make some pretty stink films before, and in a previous interview Jennifer has said:

"Looking back over my career I admit I do bow my head in shame at some the films I've made."

But that hasn't stopped her from acting. Even Aniston's 'Mother's Day' co-star Julia Roberts has stated in interviews:

"The point is, nobody walks onto a set and says, 'Yeah, let's really make some crap.' ", said Roberts adding, "I will say this...I made this movie 'Dying Young' and what we shot was far more complicated - it turned into more of a love triangle between me and actors Campbell Scott and Vincent D'Onofrio's characters - and in the final cut, it was a little cleaner and my character didn't make as many desperate choices."

In conclusion - "Not every actor can be proud of every film they've made," said Aniston,  "because, hey - we take what we can get for work and sometimes you're not always offered the best parts, but we have to put food on the table and pay the bills too."
