[NEWS] Dolly Parton Works on Soundtrack for 'Dumplin' '

E! News reporter Jason Kennedy interviews country music singer Dolly Parton
The country music singer confirmed in a recent interview with E! News to reporter Jason Kennedy that she is in fact working on the film 'Dumplin' '. When Kennedy asks true or false are you getting ready to work with actress Jennifer Aniston in an upcoming movie? Parton replies, "Yes I am, she's produced and starring in a movie called 'Dumplin' ', and it was a best-selling book. In the book was a girl ['Dumplin'] the character was a Dolly fan who loved my music so it [the music] inspired the character in her life."

Parton continues, "So of course they're using a lot of my music from the old days, and I'm working on a few new pieces as well as a theme song. So I'm working with Jennifer on that, and a soundtrack album, and so I'm excited about that." Kennedy asks when working with all these other celebrities during films if they ask her to be their mentor that they need her in their lives.

Jennifer named her white German shepherd dog after the country music singer
Parton replies, "Oh, I'm very touched when people have known me so long that I am an inspiration, but you really know when you've got a true fan with someone like Jennifer Aniston says, 'I named by dog 'Dolly Parton' ' she's got a dog and I say, 'Is that a compliment?' seriously I asked Jennifer the other day if she still has that dog named Dolly, and Jen said, 'Yeah she's only 7' or something like that and she calls it the whole thing Dolly Parton. So anyhow it always touches me to know that some of these people are fans and that I've touched them in whatever way I have and it makes me feel good."

[REVIEW] 'The LEGO Ninjago Movie' Review

Here's what the critics had to say about the animated/adventure film 'The LEGO Ninjago Movie' starring the voice talent of Justin Theroux as Garmedon with criticism from Rotten Tomatoes, Metacritic, and IMDb:

(2017) The LEGO Ninjago Movie
Review aggregation website Rotten Tomatoes gave the film a score of 51% out of 100% based on reviews from 76 critics with an average rating of 5.8/10.0. Rotten Tomatoes critic consensus states: "Despite ample charm and a few solid gags, 'The LEGO Ninjago Movie' suggests this franchise's formula isn't clicking like it used to." Positive reviews from Rotten Tomatoes include: "Everything is still mostly awesome." - film critic Johnny Oleksinski for The New York Post. " 'The LEGO Ninjago Movie' may not be quite as perfectly built as the first two, but it is a terrific adventure with a ton of laughs and a magnificent villain courtesy of Justin Theroux." - film critic JimmyO for JoBlo's Movie Emporium. "Every bit as irreverent, smart, and ridiculously entertaining as its predecessors, 'The LEGO Ninjago Movie' works even if you have no idea what a 'Ninjago' is." - film critic David Ehrlich for IndieWire. Negative reviews from Rotten Tomatoes include: "This mini-franchise is running out of steam." - film critic Christian Holub for Entertainment Weekly magazine. "The pieces are all there, but they never really snap into place." - film critic Christy Lemire for Roger Ebert.com. "Despite comically inspired vocal performances from Justin Theroux and Dave Franco as nutjob Lego versions of Darth Vader and Luke Skywalker, the action and jokes pile up with exhausting repetitiveness." - film critic Peter Travers for Rolling Stone magazine.

"Everything is still mostly awesome with 'The LEGO Ninjago Movie' ". - film critic Johnny Oleksinski for The New York Post
According to Metacritic the film got a score of 55 out of 100, based on 30 reviews from critic, indicating "mixed or average" reviews from critics. Positive reviews from Metacritic include: "While 'The LEGO Ninjago Movie' does venture into overly cliched and cheesy territory at times, the performances of its actors [Justin Theroux and Dave Franco] and excited attitude of the material keep it from ever going stale." - film critic Alex Welch for IGN. "A perfectly adequate family film for kids who love watching things they've seen many times before (which is to say, most kids), it offers plenty of chuckles for their parents but nothing approaching the glee that first Lego Movie." - film critic John DeFore for The Hollywood Reporter magazine. Negative reviews from Metacritic include: " 'The LEGO Ninjago Movie' sprawling team of screenwriters - nine credits in all - throw every joke they can at the screen, but few of them stick in your memory for longer than a moment." - film critic Marc Savlov for the Austin Chronicle. "The dull, exhausted toy ad that the television commercials prophesied came true." - film critic Roger Moore fro Movie Nation.

" 'The LEGO Ninjago Movie' works even if you have no idea what a 'Ninjago' is." - film critic David Ehrlich for IndieWire
IMDb the internet movie database gave 'The LEGO Ninjago Movie' a 6.3 out of 10.0 star rating based on 76 votes from 21 users and 55 critics. Positive reviews from IMDb include: "There is fun to be had here. Adults can appreciate the verbal playby. For the kids,  there's frenzied noise, and those toys." - film critic Soren Anderson for The Seattle Times. "Lego Ninjago sparkles with humor and kung fu style, yet it's a few pieces short of greatness." - film critic Brian Truitt for USA Today. Negative reviews from IMDb include: " 'The LEGO Ninjago Movie' is an underwhelming series installment hamstrung by a thin script and weak characters that don't leave much of an impact." - film critic Chris Agar for Screen Rant. " 'The LEGO Ninjago Movie' will delight eight year old's everywhere, but guardians, parents, and older siblings may find themselves mentally checking out of the picture before the first act is over." - film critic Brian Orndorf for Blu-Ray.com.

[NEWS] Justin On 'The LEGO Ninjago Movie' and His Marriage

article by: Sara Stewart

NEW YORK POST magazine
"When Justin Theroux started dating actress Jennifer Aniston in 2011, his urbane biker look generated some serious supermarket-tabloid side-eye. Like, 'Mr. Wrong,' 'He Sucks', "Whatever," Theroux says laughing adding, " 'Who is this guy, how dare he?' ". This was the inevitable challenge of courting one of America's sweethearts. "My wife is very beloved," Theroux says, "as she is by me. So there was this thing of, 'Who's this dark horrible person?' Maybe the fact that I wear a lot of black had something to do with that." Having just celebrated their second wedding anniversary (August 5, 2015 is when the couple wed), he's comfortable saying his look is here to stay. "I'm not gonna take any wild fashion swings at this point," he told Alexa on set of the cover shoot, "I'm pretty much black jeans, black boots and T-shirt. Makes laundry very simple."

Theroux's monochromatic uniform may give off a 'don't-fuck-with-me' vibe, but get him talking and his cover is blown. His wife says, "He's warm, open and quick with a joke. It's a light-dark balance that's reflected in his acting career, which ranges from dramatic and brooding to shamelessly goofy. At first you think he could be like, a serial killer, but he is actually the nicest person in the world." The two sides are both at work on his latest gig, voicing black-clad bad guy Garmadon in 'The LEGO Ninjago Movie', now in theaters. For a man who just spent three seasons marinating in grief on the HBO drama/fantasy series 'The Leftovers' about the Rapture, Theroux found the villain's cackle in his latest movie to be a surprisingly heavy lift. "One whole recording session, they just wanted maniacal laughter, he says, "it's like a workout. By the end I never wanted to maniacally laugh again." As for laughs there's endless gossip items about him and his wife Jennifer getting a nasty divorce, reconciling, having triplets, etc. "When the term 'fake news' came out, we were like, 'Oh really, you're all just learning this?' Because we've known about it for a while," he says."

[NEWS] 'Friends' The One Where They All Turn 50

We all recall the episode of 'Friends' where Rachel celebrates her thirtieth birthday, and the rest of the gang reflect back on how they celebrated turning thirty. Ross [actor David Schwimmer's character] was practically in disbelief at the thought of being forty ten years down the road. Now the gang is all well in their fifties (with the exception of Jennifer and actor/comedian Matthew Perry).

Lisa Kudrow [Phoebe Buffay]
(2013) Lisa Kudrow
Kudrow was born July 30, 1963 and turned fifty in 2013. Her character (Phoebe) on 'Friends' celebrated her thirtieth birthday by bouncing one mile on a hippiti hop and kiss Joey.

Courteney Cox [Monica Geller]
(2014) Courteney Cox
Cox was born July 15, 1964 and turned fifty in 2014. Her character (Monica) on 'Friends' celebrated her thirtieth birthday by being fashionably late to her very formal birthday celebration thrown by Chandler, and later announcing the fact that she's drunk - making a scene and falling down.

David Schwimmer [Ross Geller]
(2016) David Schwimmer
Schwimmer was born November 2, 1966 and turned fifty last year (2016). His character (Ross) on 'Friends' celebrated his thirtieth birthday by having a pre-mid-life crisis [he purchased a sports car]. After getting pinned in a parallel parking spot - Ross and the gang then proceed to "lift and slide" the car out of the parking space - which didn't work.

Matt LeBlanc [Joey Tribianni]
(2017) Matt LeBlanc
LeBlanc was born July 25, 1967 and turned fifty this year (2017). His character (Joey) on 'Friends' celebrated his thirtieth birthday by being disappointed that he and his friends were all "getting old".

Jennifer Aniston [Rachel Green]

Unfortunately, the pair break-up due to their age difference.

Matthew Perry [Chandler Bing]
