[NEWS] Matt LeBlanc on His Unbreakabe Bond with His 'Friends' Co-Stars: "I Love Those People"

Sometime it's hard to believe that the series finale of NBC's hit sitcom 'Friends' aired more than 12-years ago, especially because re-runs of the hit show still play on TBS and Nickelodeon continuing to attract new generations of viewers. But while the Central Perk gang drank their last cup of coffee together May 6, 2004, the real-life stars Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry and David Schwimmer still love getting together. In fact they all had a re-union during the Must See Television special celebrating director James Burrows, the person responsible for the fabulous six. Matt LeBlanc said, "I love those five people (Jennifer, Courteney, Lisa, Matthew and David). We spend a lot of time together." February 21, 2016 the 'Must See TV: A Tribute to James Burrows' honored the cast of 'Friends' as well as the cast of other television shows that Burrows directed. All but Matthew Perry were able to attend - he did however, introduce the others live from London where Matthew was otherwise busy rehearsing for the play 'The End of Longing'. When asked about his on-screen roommate LeBlanc said, "I saw him (Matthew Perry) yesterday. We still have this shorthand with one another. It's amazing, really." LeBlanc then went on to describe his and Perry's chemistry on set all those years ago while tapping 'Friends': "Ten years in a building with no windows, with the door locked, we got to know each other pretty well. I love that guy." It's safe to say that they've all moved on from 'Friends' pursuing other endeavors such as directing, producing, film, and family. They all have security for life with an impressive $20-million a year salary for re-runs of 'Friends'. Even though they went off air all those years ago it's still nice to know that they'll still be there for each other.
