It seems it's never too late to say, "sorry". Though Jennifer's ex-husband film actor Brad Pitt, is still reportedly reeling from his split from his current wife actress/director Angelina Jolie, he supposedly has plans to reconnect with Aniston to give the one thing he's owed her for more than a decade: an apology! Brad, has always felt bad about the way his relationship with Jennifer ended - that's a given - he never properly said to her, "I'm sorry, I hurt you," but for him to feel the need to come out with a public apology now is either "long-over-due" or "water-under-the-bridge". Depends on how you look at it.

Hollywood Life.com reported that Pitt would issue Aniston a public apology, but a representative for Jennifer says: "This is just a another fabrication, they [Hollywood Life.com] have made similar reports in the past - none of which were true then." A representative for Pitt was reached and issued the following statement: "During this time he is focused on his family and not anyone else."Even without Brad making this 'alleged' apology, Jennifer has been able to put aside any hurt feelings over him cheating on her with Angie on set of 2005's '
Mr. & Mrs. Smith'.

Jen wasn't reveling in Brad's misfortune when she found out Angie filed for divorce, in fact she reportedly still cares about her ex-husband. She even supposedly stood-up for him when Brad came under fire with allegations of child abuse. Jennifer said, "I know how much Brad loves his six kids, despite these abuse claims, and still think that he's a good dad!" Should a public apology ever be issued by Pitt, perhaps, he will also say "thank you" along with "I'm sorry". However, Aniston has said in the past that she's, "over him [Brad] and really happy with Justin."
