"Real or Rumor? Actress Jennifer Aniston and her husband screenwriter/actor Justin Theroux are divorcing over the holiday season. RUMOR! Gossip Cop has confirmed that there is zero truth to Life & Style magazine's latest cover story. According to the tabloid Aniston and Theroux have reportedly been 'fighting' over a myriad of issues, including disagreements over starting a family, Justin's friendship with other women and spending time apart. A so-called "source" tells the magazine, "There will be a divorce announcement by the end of the year. This marriage is over, and it's going to be Jen's worst Christmas ever," adding, "the couple rarely sees each other due to busy work schedules, and when they do, Jennifer will make catty jokes about Justin's unreliability." The source also claims, "They have big arguments over having children," as she supposedly wants to pursue the idea of using a surrogate to have a baby, "but apparently Justin's vehemently against the idea," claims the source. Life & Style magazine dubious source also goes on to contend that "Jennifer is resentful of Justin's friendship with ex-girlfriend Heidi Bivens as well as comedienne Amy Sedaris. He pretty much lives the life of a carefree, single man, with intermittent days of marriage," the source claims adding, "Jennifer's often left feeling insecure and disregarded...it's going to be the worst holiday season ever for Jen," said the alleged 'source.' Gossip Cop, however, checked with sources close to the couple who exclusively assure: "Life & Style magazine's entire narrative about a holiday divorce is simply FALSE. The couple's marriage is going strong, and this latest split claim is entirely made-up."
