[NEWS] Justin to Star in 'The Lego Ninjago Movie'
From the studio that brought us 'The Lego Movie', and the up-coming 'The Lego Batman Movie' comes the animated-action/adventure film 'The Lego Ninjago Movie'. Featuring the voice talents of actress Olivia Munn, actor Jackie Chan, screenwriter/actor Justin Theroux, actor Michael Pena, actor Dave Franco, and actor/comedian Fred Armeisen.
The film is directed by Charlie Bean and Paul Fisher and the plot revolves around six young ninjas Lloyd (voiced by Franco), Jay (voiced by actor Kumail Nanjiani), Kai (voiced by Pena), Cole (voiced by Armisen), Zane (voiced by actor Zach Woods), and Nya (voiced by actress Abbi Jacobson) - who are all tasked with defending their island home, called Ninjago.
By night, they're gifted warriors, using their skills and awesome fleet of of vehicles to fight villains and monsters. By day, their ordinary teens struggling against their greatest enemy - high school. The film is set to be released in theaters and IMAX September 22, 2017. Theroux expressed his excitement of his up-coming film by posting on his Instagram.
