Jennifer's been a longtime supporter of the LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender) community, and honored for her efforts at raising awareness. She's also had a longtime friendship with talk show hostess/comedienne Ellen DeGeneres since the '90s.

In fact, Aniston was one of DeGeneres' first guests on her talk show '
Ellen: The Ellen DeGeneres Show' when if first aired September 8, 2003, which she helped celebrate Ellen's 2,000th show along with singer/actor Justin Timberlake. Jennifer was also a guest star on her television series '
Ellen' in 1998 during season 5 episode "Ellen: A Hollywood Tribute (Part 2)".
Now Jennifer is celebrating Ellen's coming out 20-years later, which has been inspirational to so many other individuals.

Jennifer is also close friends with Ellen's wife former model/actress Portia de Rossi, who DeGeneres has been married to August 2008 where the couple wed at their home in Beverly Hills, California.
