[NEWS] Jennifer On Health, Fitness & Marriage to Justin

Jennifer is one of the most sought after celebrities when it comes to health and beauty, and if we do say so ourselves she looks HOT! for 47-years of age. It takes a lot to stay healthy as well as beautiful especially the older one gets. We'll share with you some of her health and beauty tips.

How does Aniston remain so fit? She has a strong, toned, and lean feminine body through her disciplined workout routine. "Each day exercise is different for me," she revealed. "For instance, when I had a hip flexor injury (back in 2003 after a car accident) I would perform barre exercises. Yoga was difficult for me at that time, so I would do 20-30 minutes of cardio, and then an hour of barre. On other days I will enjoy a spinning and yoga combination class. I'll spin for a half hour and then do yoga for 40-minutes. I will also implement a gym workout and strength training routine to my exercise program." She also admitted she likes Pilates and training on a stationary bike, treadmill, or an elliptical. "When I'm too busy due to my schedule, I will do equipment free exercises like stretches, squats, yoga, crunches, or lunges in the morning or night. These exercises can be done any time and anywhere."

How does she stay so healthy? She maintains the same consistent commitment for her diet. "I follow a healthy diet all year round. My day begins with warm water  with lemon. After a cup of coffee, I then have a shake, eggs (sunny-side up) and avocado with some coconut oil on Ezekiel whole-wheat toast." Overall, she eats as much organic fruits and vegetables as she can, and also has lots of omega-3 rich fish in her diet. "I limit my sugar intake and drink lots of water (compliment of SmartWater)  throughout the day. I also get lots of sleep. I usually only eat 40% carbs, 30% fats, and 30% proteins." She explains, "The carb sources are from pasta and whole-grain bread, fats from olive oil and other oils, and protein from fish and egg whites. Breakfast sometimes includes smoothies with frozen watermelon. Lunch may consist of soup with spinach, arugula, dandelion greens, onion, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, soy sauce, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and almonds. Dinner may be seaweed salad or a salad with tomato, onion, parsley, olive oil, sea salt, garlic, and lemon juice." Other common staples of Aniston's diet include green vegetables, lentils, salmon, and quinoa.

As for her marriage to husband screenwriter/actor Justin Theroux it's in good standing. "We know our truth," says Jennifer, "the rest of it is just noise." Last year the actress and her husband were rumored to been having marital trouble including putting a supposed divorce on hold, according to In Touch magazine. That being said, Gossip Cop reports the rumor to be false. It seems Aniston and Theroux were never going to divorce in the first place. Representatives for the actress confirm: "Such claims are false, their relationship is strong. The only reason the two have been spending such time apart is due to busy schedule, but when they do see each other they make that time together count,"; and so with that being said, there is no divorce to call off. Also, a mysterious source told Life & Style magazine that there would be a divorce announcement over the holidays and by the end of 2016 (which didn't happen). Since the couple are still together, we can assume that all the rumors are false. In fact her husband is schedules to make an appearance during the 74th Annual Golden Globe awards as a present, we can only imagine that Aniston will attend the red carpet event proudly by her husbands side.
