[NEWS] 2015 'Friends' Where Are They Now and Reunions

Its been well over a decade since the NBC sitcom went off the air in 2004, so where are the 'Friends' now?

JENNIFER ANISTON

Since the shows ended she was hurled into the movie stratosphere with film project after film project, divorced Brad Pitt, had multiple relationships after him (Vince Vaughn and John Mayer to mention a few), is currently happily engaged to her fiance of three years screenwriter/actor Justin Theroux, and soaking up her well deserved, not to mention, long over due, glory as a film actress for her latest upcoming indie/drama film 'Cake', which Aniston plays a woman in chronic pain whose addicted to prescription pain killers and feels like her world is collapsing around her all the while investigating the suicide of one of her support group members. Her role in 'Cake' has earned Jennifer a PEOPLE Magazine award for Female Movie Performance of the Year, a Santa Barbara International Film Festival award for Best Lead Actress in a Drama film, and Capri-Hollywood Film Festival award for Best Lead Actress of the Year in a Drama film. Jennifer is also nominated for Best Lead Actress of the Year at the Critic's Choice awards, Golden Globes, and the Screen Actors Guild awards.

COURTENEY COX

She continued to star in television series such as FX's drama series 'Dirt', which Cox played a journalist/reporter with the series ending in cancellation, dabbled in film starring in 'Zoom' with actor/comedian Tim Allen, 'Bedtime Stories' with comedian/actor Adam Sanlder, and finished the 'Scream' series reprising her role as Gale Weathers-Riley in 'Scream 4', got divorced from her husband of thirteen years, actor/film producer David Arquette, she went on to star in TBS's sitcom 'Cougar Town' as Jules Cobb; which has earned her a Glamour Magazine award for Women of the Year, and a Golden Derby TV award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series. Cox is currently filming the final season of 'Cougar Town', and is happily engaged to Snow Patrol band member Johnny McDaid since 2013.

LISA KUDROW

Call her the 'comeback kid' because the series 'The Comeback' was revived. Originally cancelled in 2005 it was revived later in 2014 with Kudrow reprising her role Valerie Cherish on the HBO network; which earned her a Gracie Allen award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series, and a PEOPLE Magazine award for Female TV Performance of the Year, is still happily married to her husband, Michel Stern of twenty years, and she is also on the successful web series 'Web Therapy' as Fiona Wallice; which earned her a Webby award for Best Individual Performance. She also dabbled in film as well co-starring in rom-com 'P.S. I Love You' as Denise opposite of actress Hilary Swank, family/comedy 'Hotel for Dogs' as Lois Scudder, and comedy film 'Easy A' as Mrs. Griffith opposite of actress Emma Stone.

MATT LeBLANC

He had short-lived success with a spin-off called 'Joey' which he reprized his role as Joey Tribbiani; which earned him a People's Choice awards for Favorite Male Television Star, but the series was later cancelled, sadly his marriage to Melissa McKnight ended in 2006 after LeBlanc filed citing irreconcilable differences, is currently single and years later he plays himself on Showtime's sitcom 'Episodes' which he plays a fictional version of himself; which earned Matt a Golden Globe for Best Lead Actor in a Comedy Series.

MATTHEW PERRY

Perry stuck to television with a string of not-so successful series including NBC's 'Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip' as Matt Albie, ABC's sitcom 'Mr. Sunshine' as Ben Donovan, and recently NBC's sitcom 'Go On' as Ryan King. He dated actress Lizzy Caplan from 2006 to 2012 and is currently single starring on the upcoming CBS sitcom 'The Odd Couple' as Oscar Madison one in the same as Neil Simon's play and the film in 1968 originally starring actor/comedian's Jack Lemon and Walter Matthau.

DAVID SCHWIMMER

After the series ended he stepped behind the camera as a director responsible for the hit comedy 'Run Fatboy Run' starring actor/comedian Simon Pegg, drama film 'Trust', and Schwimmer loaned his voice to DreamWorks as the voice of Melman the giraffe for the animated film series 'Madagascar', 'Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa', and 'Madagascar 3: Europe's Most Wanted'. In 2010 he married Zoe Buckman and the couple welcomed their first child, daughter, Cleo Buckman-Schwimmer in 2011, and he is currently directing the television pilot 'Growing Up Fisher' for the NBC network.

REUNIONS
(2011) 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' mini 'Friends' reunion
A full cast reunion has yet to take place, however, two mini-reunions have taken place including cast members Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow and Matthew Perry. The only two former cast members who've been absent for reunions are Schwimmer and LeBlanc. In 2011 while on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show', Jennifer co-hosted the show and was surprised when Ellen DeGeneres performed a skit with Aniston and Courteney and Matthew showed up.

(2014) 'Jimmy Kimmel LIVE!' mini 'Friends' reunion
In 2014 while on 'Jimmy Kimmel LIVE!', Jennifer was on promoting her upcoming indie/comedy film 'Life of Crime' and Jimmy asked Aniston about fan-fiction surprising her with an exact replica of the 'Friends' set and her two former cast mates Cox and Kudrow who all reprized their roles in a sketch.
